If you are unable to attend a scheduled course, you may be eligible to transfer to a different course or session, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before the course start date. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur additional fees if the new course has a different price. Only one transfer per enrollment is permitted.
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds for courses that have been partially completed. Partial refunds are calculated based on the percentage of course content not accessed and are subject to our discretion. To be eligible for a partial refund, you must demonstrate that technical issues or other circumstances beyond your control prevented course completion.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Typically, refunds appear within 7-14 business days from the date of processing.
In the rare event that we need to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, instructor unavailability, or other reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course of equal or lesser value. We will notify you as soon as possible if a cancellation occurs, typically at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. If a course is cancelled after it has begun, you will receive a prorated refund based on the remaining course content.
If you are not satisfied with a refund decision, you may contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Please provide detailed information about your situation, including your enrollment confirmation number and the specific reasons for your refund request. We will review your case and respond within 10 business days.
